I would like to share with you my mother's Black Tea Thai recipe.
i) Take loose black tea then steep the tea and spices( cardammon, cinnamon sticks, vanilla beans, grounded tamarin, 1/4 tablespoon of almond extract, mint etc.)
ii) Strain the tea.
iii) Stir in sugar and sweetened condensed milk until both are completely dissolved.
iv) Pour into two glasses and drizzle with evaporated milk.
v) Serve immediately.
